While browsing some real estate websites, i came across what seems like a great deal in Phoenix, Arizona, url is here http://shansen.searchhomesscottsdale.com/listing/mlsid/8/propertyid/4507748/syndicated/1/?conv=mainreg. I'm just wondering if this is something that would have caught your eye. Potential rental income for all units combined would be about 25,000 a year.
