THE SELLER DID NOT PAY TAXES FOR 3 YRS DUE TO INEXPERIENCE. HOUSE IS 3/2/1. SHE GOT BEHIND $15K IN TAXES. THE BANK GAVE HER 3 YRS TO PAY THIS OFF. SHE HAS 2 YEARS LEFT TO PAY OFF THE REST. THE MORTGAGE PMT WENT FROM $600 TO $1,200. SELLER IS FLEXIBLE SHE WANTS ME TO TAKE OVER THE PAYMENTS. BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY SKIN IN THE GAME. I WAS THINKING OF SUBJECT TO BUT I AM NEWBY.SHOULD I PAY THE DOWN PMT DOWN IN PAYING IT OFF EACH MONTH WITH THE RENTAL. AS FAR AS THE INSURANCE I WOULD ASK HER TO PUT ME AS A PARTNER ON THE INSURANCE.PLEASE SHOULD I PASS THIS OFFER OR SHOULD I GO FOR IT???
