Help me analyze this deal

hello, this is a deal i came across today and would like some input as this is my first time with a fix and flip. I looked at the property today with my friend (who is a contractor) and he estimated 20k in repairs which would include new bathroom, kitchen and floors, and partial roof. The only thing that is up in the air is the ARV, which ive spoken with 2 realtors and neither can give me an accurate estimation of the market in that neighborhood, but realtor.com has the median listing price at 119k, so i entered 100k just to be safe.  Thanks for looking!
