Hello my fellow BP members, I am just trying to figure out how to properly analysis properties. I haven't purchased my first property I just want any tips or suggestions that you can help me with. This property is on sell for 150k but has been on the market for about 2 weeks and in the MPLS market this seems strange. Please feel free to give me me your thoughts.
