Good afternoon. I received a 30 minute free consultation from Mr. Marcus Maloney. I follow this gentleman on his YouTube channel Equity King. Mr. Maloney was down to earth, professional and thoughtful throughout our conversation.  Not a sales pitch at all from Mr. Maloney.  Just helping out a newbie investor with a few questions on probate, marketing and cold call closings.  I really appreciate it and one I'll be able to return the favor or pay it forward.
