We closed on a 253-unit apartment yesterday. As we always do, wanted to share our learnings and takeaways with the community in hopes of inspiring and educating.  The two big takeaways were 1) Relationships Rule and 2) Creativity is Key

@Andrew Campbell Congrats! I remember you talking about this one in Denver. Glad to see it wrapped up and closed. Impressive to watch deals of this magnitude taken down with less stress and hand wringing than some folks have over buying a duplex. Great job. What's next??
