What would you do with this extra house?

Hi BP Brain Trust,

I've found a potential deal - it's a single family home with this property in back. In running the numbers, account for Capex, property management, etc. we would cash flow. The main house is vacant and there's this additional house in back.

The current renters have been there for 22 year (and it looks like it). I've checked county tax records and this second building is included in the record, so I'm assuming it's legitimate. Would you keep the renters? Would you kick them and all their junk out? Should I pursue the deal or run away?
