HELOC For Townhome in NJ Under LLC

Hi! I just purchased my first investment property in NJ for 37,500. I will be doing around 20,000 in renovations and renting out once finished. I paid this all in cash and have the property under an LLC. I have called around to a several banks in NJ to see if I could find any that would allow a HELOC for a property under an LLC and am having a tough time. Does anyone know of one that does this in NJ?
