hello again this is my second attempt please tell me if i have finally found something a little closer to a good deal for me

For starters it is 5 SFR sitting on 5 acres of commercial properety now amongst the carpet mills where everyone works around here they each rented @ 175 aweek = 3791 a month asking price of 275000 with owner finance with little down of course i tried to talk down and he said he would do some figuring and get back to me is this good
