What should I offer?
I am looking into a deal now. It is a 3 bed 2 bath 1750 sq ft house in the Dallas area and it is on a busy street. The asking price is 335k and comps are from 390k to 450k. It needs about 30k worth of repairs. This is my first deal I am analyzing. What do you think I should offer?
