Closed my first wholesale deal this week

I am happy to report I closed my first wholesale deal this week.  I didn't make a ton but it was a learning experience.  I got paid to learn which is awesome.  I have another scheduled to close next week (even smaller profit margin, but profit none-the-less).  I also locked another deal up this week.  I think I should be able to do even better on that one. This is my first year involved in real estate.  I have completed 2 flips, 1 wholesale deal (hopefully 2 this time next week) and loaded with a flip and wholesale deal to start 2018.  Can't wait to see where i am this time next year!
