Renovation Value and Rent Analysis
Hey Guys-
Reaching out to see if anyone has good advice on analyzing renovation costs to increase rental values. I'm under contract on an 8 unit apartment building and I do not know the market as well as others. I'm looking to see if there are any online tools or blogs that will help me compare the amount of renovations to the total rental value for a specific area. For now, I'm compiling a list of comps with pictures of kitchens and bathrooms. Is this the most efficient method?
