Hello guys Anybody with good knowledge in Dayton,OH market? I have couple properties in Akron OH and was looking into Dayton. What zip codes do you recommend for buy and hold? Also any good property management company in the area? Your help will be greatly appreciated

Like Tommy Spijkers said depends on what your looking for. The base is a great place to start in my opinion. Fairborn/BeaverCreek/Riverside will have more enlisted type tenets as they are fairly close. I've been looking at sub 75k properties. If you need some boots on the ground let me know. The wife is making me finish our house before I buy another one, so I'm up for living vicariously through another investor! 😋
