How i start in this world?

Hello my name is Nicolai and i have 19 years old

I live in Mexico and i have interest about real estate invest.

I have many questions, actually i bought the book "The book on rental property investing".

I need to know if Mexico is a good place to invert.

I know that first i need to study a lot, learn, and all that stuffs. 

But i need your recomendations for advance faster in the learning.
