Starting with a plan!

Hi everyone! My name is Reed Johnson and I am from Northern, MN. My experience in real estate so far is strictly educational considering I have yet to dive in. 

Right now I am in the process of writing a plan so that I have something to stick to throughout my process, while also being able to track my goals.

What I am asking for is any insight on other people's plans they started with and maybe even what programs they used to keep track of their progress.
