Help your rental property stand out in a slow down!
Hello everyone! My name is Lexi. We Are experiencing a little bit of a slow down here which is always expected this time of year! We're trying to find ways to make our rentals stand out besides always lowering the price. We started suggesting that our owners let us purchase a couple of cute items like rugs, shower curtains, plants, and candles to make the rental feel more homey and also help the photos! We call it lease me keep me...The tenant who decides to lease it, gets to keep the items. It has made a great difference and we're getting great feedback from agents who show it! Try it out!!
