Charles Village area. Multi-unit.

How is the rental market there? I have been eyeing on a multi-unit property. Seems difficult to fill the vacant unit.

How much is the rent for typical one bed room apartment, with ok condition?

Rental market is fine, depending on the condition a full one bedroom unit can go from 850-1200.

Definitely there is competition.

Also, people call almost everything johns hopkins area. If you pass guilford or 25th towards downtown then it is not JHU area anymore. It changes after Guilford or 25th.

You should be more specific about the location.
