5 Owners and 1 Taxpayer???

Hello BP!

   I am looking at the county property tax assessment records of a property I might be interested in with the goal of sending the owner a letter, direct mail marketing.  However, the property records show the owners to be 5 different people, 3 different addresses, with one as the taxpayer.  How do I figure out who to address the letter to??
