Distressed Mortgage Note In Minnesota

Purchased a non performing mortgage note in September of 2016 in Minnesota, clean title. Our goal was to keep the homeowner in their home and work out a loan modification.  When we received the file, a loan modification was already in place and the homeowner was already making payments.  As of today, we are still receiving consistent payments from homeowner! We have a performing note on our hand and who could ask for an easier deal than this!
