Cap rate for a small multi family in Seattle?

What is the cap rate for an older built about 80 years old building in downtown Seattle area, specifically Belltown/Queen Area area?  About 15 apartments.  Thanks for any help.

    Those are selling in the 3 to low 4's

    I'd recommend reaching out to some local brokers in your area. Give them a call and ask them what they think about cap rates in your neighborhood.
