How far is too far when investing in property?
Hey guys, so I'm a newbie looking to purchase my first property and as of now I am residing in a area that does not have the best deals. But I do live 2 hours away from a area that have deals popping up everyday. Is a 2 hour drive too far? Should my first investment be closer to home? Feed me!!!
