Even though I actually own 1 rental I just started a partnership with a friend/coworker and decided to start a post following our journeys into real estate! Here's where we are at. Llc cost $50. Ein $247. This week we are going to open our business account. Due to it being a new llc I was informed the initial buys will be based off of me and my partners personal credit until we establish a year or 2 of business income. We are starting with 25k from my partner 10k from me plus I have all the tools and the knowledge to do our own renos until it outgrows us doing them ourselves. We have a house lined up for the brrr method it is a family member who just wants out of it. Purchase price is 65k. Reno 10k and arv 95k plus. We are hoping to start the buy in 2 weeks so I'll chronicle that as well. Here's to a bright real estate future!
