Appreciation heat maps

Hey everyone - 

I've recently started getting into trying to implement lease options into my real estate game, and appreciation plays a significant role in structuring the #'s. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good appreciation heat maps I could use? neighborhood scout has great granular break down and appreciation, but they charge 40/month just for 10 reports per month, which is super expensive if i'm going to be evaluating a bunch of properties. 

Any suggestions much appreeciated.
