Hello Everyone,

I have about $60k in cash that I would like to invest in Real Estate (RE). My goal is to exponentially grow this money as fast as I can. What strategies and niches do you recommend to do this? I have a few ideas (below) but need some expert guidance and advice.

---

-Invest in multi-family unit(s)

-Pool money with other investors to do a massive flip

-Lend out money for others' RE initiatives

---

Thank You.

@Abhijit Joshi my suggestion is to to take your time and go it alone for the first deal. Play it safe and be selective. You can make a lot of mistakes in this business quickly and that can cost you dearly. Find some good experienced team members to help you. Attorney, financial adviser, CPA, Agent etc.. Your only as good as your surrounding team.
