Advice on hard money loan for property
Hello, I'm new to real estate investing and was wondering if anyone could give their thoughts on me getting a hard money loan on a property for sale for $69,900 which doesn't need any repairs and brings in $1,700 a month in rent. It's a three bedroom multi family home that last sold for 150,000 in Jan 2009. Would I be able to get a hard money loan and refinance to a conventional loan?
Thank you for your thoughts and help!
