What to do about Zoning restrictions against MF?

Hi BP,

I have found a triplex that appears to cash flow.  My agent did some research and let us know about an issue.  According to online maps, the subject property appears to be in a zoning district that restricts properties to a maximum of two family dwellings... the subject property has three.  

Any advice?  Should we go forward with the deal and understand we may run into trouble later with the city?
