In my area when people pass away that own mobile homes if no family claims them they sit empty for 6 yrs then the HOA can put a lien on it and eventually it is totally removed then to purchase the land costs 50,000 and one could purchase a manufactured mobile home for 75,000 125,000 and sell it for approx 325,000 that would profit 200,000 would like to discuss this with someone
