Hi investors! I need some help analyzing below deal. Your insight and guidance is greatly appreciated. I used the rental property calculator and im not so sure Im using it correctly. I also didn't add vacancy rate % because I wanted your insight. Please See MLS sheet for deal below and let me know what you guys think
