Self storage analysis
Hi, my name is Todd I live in central Nebraska I'm a very new to real estate investing. I have some questions regarding deal analysis specifically with self storage investing. When I want to quickly analyze a deal what is the best metric to go with, c.o.c. return or something else. In regards to c.o.c. returns what is a realistic expectation 10,15, 20% or higher. Thanks
