Refinance before the seasoning period

Hello BP,

I recently bought my 2nd property in April 2017. The renovation was done and tenants already move in.

I'm three months in and I was wondering if it is possible to refinance the property before the "seasoning period" (6 months to 1 year)?

Thank you in advanced,

Jay-R (MVD-Properties)

Private/portfolio/HML can do whatever they please. But this will not be cheap money under ideal terms.

Pragmatically, you can also start the process before the six month mark, and just close as close to day 180 as possible. Like, day 183, etc.
