Hi there,

New to the site, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. 

Looking to buy, but 0 experience in the US market and very unfamiliar with the landscape. Here's what I am looking for:

1) The top 3 highest rental yield areas to narrow my focus in on

2) Lenders who will lend based on foreign income at rates which are comparable to US residents
