Good morning everyone, Recently I have decided to go public on BiggerPockets to help establish new networks and relationships with other real estate investors. Currently I own one property with with a little Cashflow from my tenants. After a successful first step into the rental market I'm looking to learn more. My eventual goal is to acquire commercial property, and replace my income. Below are some questions I have and I'm open to any answers and suggestions. 1. Was this a good purchase? Home cost: $209,000 at closing Mortgage: $1100 Rent: $1,750 Cashflow: $750 After the new year of 2017 my home value dropped. Current Home value: was $215,000...now $192,000. I still have my tenants in place for the rest of the year, and I feel I should just weather the storm. What are your thoughts, suggestions, comments, concerns?
