Duplex Foundation Leveling
Hey Guys,
I am looking at a duplex in Tampa, Florida built in the early 1900s and the owner claims it needs leveling. I know this could vary in size of the job/ price depending on the specifics of the job.
I was wondering if anybody could shed some light on this issue if you have delt with it before in regards to what is commonly seen in Florida or typically done about it or pricing if possible.
Thank you!!!
