I own an 8/2 duplex in E. Cleveland outright needing a full rehab; roughly $42K. I planned on rehabbing but lost my materials money to my previous contractor and will not put more into it- however- I'm willing to give majority of deeded interest to partner OR sign over the deed in exchange for me receiving first 6 month's rent. It's near Case Western University & the VA- a great area for SRO's! Min. $2K/mo. I have a realtor with cash buyer contacts once it's cash flowing. Any suggestions or potential partners welcome to call with questions too: 520-490-8222. Thanks!
