Hey y'all My names Drew a 20 year old college junior from Virginia and was wondering everybody's approach to becoming a Real estate investor. I work part time along with school and baseball. I have set a pretty solid budget to save towards having capital to begin. I am fortunate enough to not have any bills. I take about 2/3 of my income every week and put it on my E*TRADE to make my money grow I am not overally risky since I want to build a foundation to begin in real estate is this a smart approach let me know yalls beginnings and what you guys did and give some feedback tips etc out here trying to learn
