Hey had some questions regarding mortgages. I’m going to graduate college this year and have saved enough money for a down payment but the only concern is the approval process. I have a job lined up which I am taking and will have documentation of my pay plan of how much I will be making and have worked elsewhere for 6 years but I don’t have 2 years of W-2 at the job where I would Be Able to afford my payments are there any ways around this? Loan suggestions? Etc would rather buy then rent
