Asking price only $28K All brick with detached brick 2 car garage

Not so good news 1 Bedroom 1 Bath each unit 680 sf each

Taxes $2250 per year

Insurance $1200 per year

Cosmetic rehab $4 to $6K

CMA in area between 54 to 58K
