Target Property Has Reverse Mortgage....Is This A Problem?

Hey All,

During the course of due diligence on a prospective target property, I find out that the owner has died, but there is a reverse mortgage on the property. I know nothing about reverse mortgages. Is there any concerns with this or does it pan it's self out  during the process? Any insight on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris
