NEW INVESTOR NEED ADVISE ON A DEAL

Hi I'm new to BiggerPockets and trying to get started in real estate investing(buy and hold). I was wanting to get some advise and see if this is a good deal or not. It's a single family home 2bed/2ba, list is 45k and the zestimate is 56k. Home in that neighborhood have sold for around 60k so I guess that's about right. The inside has been renovated and is in good shape. It should rent for 6-650.

@Jerry Sapp

You should consider reading the book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner to get started. As far as analyzing deals, try using the BP calculators to determine how the numbers shake out for what you are trying to accomplish. You will need to determine what the expenses are and how much cash flow the property generates.
