New Real Estate Partners In Orlando, FL seeking advice

Hello World Im a retired veteran looking to get into REI with a partner whom I know & trust we actually just opened our LLC recently. We have been doing our homework in our local area on HMLs and local wholesalers trying to learn more on how we can use the 60k we have raised between the both of us. I suscribed to the business journal and any piece of info that will help us know a little more since we are new. We think flipping for capital to purchase prime rentals is the route we want to go to generate wealth for the long term. But of course we are new, many on Bigger Pockets are pros and we have our ears and nose wide open to any advice or tips on how we should start.
