Wholesale Calculator Challenge

Hi, I am trying to analyze some tenant occupied rentals that I am looking to wholesale. The wholesale calculator is asking for a repair estimate. It is 0, but I cannot move forward in the analyzer as it highlights the repairs box, and stops.

The other question is, where is there a spot to put the price being paid for the property...or is that further into the analyzer. :) I would think t hat that would be an important factor, not just the ARV.
