!~ Do I need to tell Seller of my Assignment Fee? ~!

Hi BiggerPockets Forum,

This is my first post so I'm new. But I have a question. Do I need to tell the seller my assignment fee or not? I know they need to know by law but don't want this to affect the deal when it comes to closing and the seller sees I make a certain price.

Please advise.
