Real Estate Co - How do we make complaints if we have a problem?

Hi Everyone,

I am new here and I came here because I am Australian and I bought a property in Texas with a real estate company. I waited for almost 1 year and a half for it to settle, and although I have received the first 6 months payment, there has been much deductions, and fees and I'm beginning to wonder where to from here. If there is a problem with a real estate company, what would you advice is the best course of action.
