9 Unit Apartment Analysis
Hello, I am a real estate agent in St. Louis. I am currently working with as many investors as I can to try to gain as much knowledge as possible before jumping into my first deal. I have found a 9 unit apartment complex for an investor. When he ran his numbers he figured he was losing 12,000 a year. The seller ran their numbers and showed they were making 56,000 a year. Does someone have a good way to analyze apartment buildings that they would be willing to share?
