FL multifamily purchases in an LLC

Hello, I would appreciate some advice from fellow FL investors. I am interested in multifamily investments. The banks won't finance in an LLC unless it is 5 units or more. Most of what I am finding (where the numbers work) are four units, they are a lot more available in my area than 5+. How do I invest in those types of deals and still put it in an LLC and use leverage? If I try to take out the loan personally, then transfer to the LLC, there is a large FL tax, I think around 7%.

I want to keep them in an LLC for liability protection.

Thanks for the advice!
