Adjustments to amortization schedule when using the Rental Property Calculator here on BP, is it possible?  The note is in yr 12 of the 30 yrs amortized. Inputting #'s into BP calculator has assumptions that it is at the beginning of a new loan, correct? Is there any way to manipulate it so the "analysis over time" section is accurate? Originally a primary residence & now becoming a rental property with out any refinance happening. Any ideas or formulas I could use to get the Analysis Over Time #'s ?
