how do I know if the realtor really put in the offer

my question, I made an offer with the realtor. first one to put in the bid it took the realtor week to get back to me when did get back with me she told me that to sell it was working with another offer and I wasn't backup off I want to know how do I know if she even put in the my offer and I thought she should have gave me a chance to negotiate offer, excuse my word this is my first form question
