Facebook agent advertising

So I'm a new agent and just trying to plant as many seeds as I can to get the ball rolling.  I just purchased a few ad spaces on Facebook and was wondering if any other real estate agents have had any success from doing so? Any leads or deals come from it and if so, what type of ad did you Boost?

@Sherman M. Facebook ads are going to be a long road to ROI, since your market is so diverse. Adwords would be a better bet, since the market identifies themselves by the search intent of the query. But, if I had $2k to spend and was starting out as an agent, I'd put $500 into design a kick-*** graphic on 99designs-dot-com and then $1500 to have my car wrapped with it. There is a guy in town that has a few cars wrapped, and I'll never forget his name, the ROI he's gotten of those car wraps is insane. He's literally the only agent in my town that I can name, that's not a personal friend. More risky, but if you know a full-time Uber/Lyft driver, who has a ****** car, wrap it for them. ;)
