Hello everyone,

I need some advice....I have a 11,000 square foot lot that allows subdivision and up to 5 separate properties. My vision is to build five town homes and sell each one separately. The one thing needed is funding to be able to accomplish this. I've done research and the property is good in regards to regulations,etc.... How can i go about funding something like this? How can I get in front of someone who has the funding necessary for doing something like this? thanks for the advice.
