Marketing to Find Deals
Hello community! I would just like to inquire about how you personally go about searching for deals. Do you just look at websites for listings? Do you find lists of troubled properties online (preforeclosure, etc.) and then mail to those addresses? Or do you even go door to door? What marketing strategy works best for you?
